Sonic: The Hedgehog became a major box office success, grossing over $260 million, and granting Universal a new franchise to run wild with, as well as dispersing the stigma around movies based on video games. Now with a major box office success on their hands, writers Pat Casey and Josh Miller have pitched a Christmas thriller titled Violent Night. Not much is known about the thriller aside from its backdrop of Christmas. Expectations for the next works from Casey and Miller are high as they humanly can and we can’t wait to see what their next masterpiece will turn out to be.
